Modern Letter Slot

The ModTX European inspired mail slot houses a low-profile inward folding door that rests flush to the frame.  Unique double ply 5052 aluminum construction and inward folding door create a strong weather resistant seal. A dual stainless steel spring mechanism ensures long term durability. Low profile, lightweight construction appropriate for any door, wall, garage door, or glass door (includes 3M pre-applied adhesive weatherstripping).

Accepts mail up to 9.5″ wide and 1″ thick. Sized perfectly for standard 9.5″ USPS Flat Rate Envelopes and standard legal envelopes.

Requires a rough opening of 10.0″ – 10.25″ in width, and exactly 2.25″ in height. 

Installation

• Mounts horizontally or vertically.
• Lightweight design fits anywhere including garage doors and glass doors.
• Includes exterior frame with insulated door, interior frame, 2″ modular leaf, pre-applied 3M.
• 1″ attached bottom leaf ensures exact rough opening measurements.
• ~2″ modular leaf is included to line the floor of the opening.
• The VOID mail slot sleeve is recommended for unfinished or hollow cavities.
