All orders are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

Accepted payment methods

The following payment methods are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

Transaction Policy

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars ($ USD). Tax, if applicable, is displayed on checkout.

Shipping

Shipping methods, delivery window, tax and total are presented prior to checkout, unless otherwise specified. Most items are made on demand and require at least 1 business day to create. In stock items typically ship within 1 business day from date of order. A USPS prepaid return label is available upon request.

Returns and Refunds

Refunds of retail orders are issued upon confirmed return-delivery of the product in excellent condition. Place returns in the original box or smaller to expedite the refund process. Items returned after 30 days from delivery, customized items, or items received in less than excellent condition may be offered a material refund of no more than 50% of the cost of the item minus return shipping costs, or an exchange of up to 80% of the cost of the item.

Exchanges

Exchange are available up to 30 days from purchase. One exchange permitted per item. Exchanged items cannot be refunded or replaced. Custom items qualify for an exchange of up to 80% of the cost of the item.

International Shipments

International refers to destinations outside the USA. International shipping is not refundable, including return shipping. Border and customs fees are not refundable, including but not limited to tariffs, duties, and taxes.

Wholesale

Wholesale orders are considered any order(s) combination of 12 or more items from the same buyer. Refunds of wholesale orders are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs (destination and return shipping) are not refundable. If a wholesale order contains customized items, those items may be offered a material refund of no more than 50% of the cost of the item minus return shipping costs, or an exchange of up to 80% of the cost of the item.

Cancellation

Cancellations of non-custom retail items are accepted up until the time of shipment, and refunds or exchanges of non-custom items are accepted within 30 days from delivery. Cancellation of wholesale or customized items are accepted only before the raw material purchase and manufacturing process has begun.

Customizations

We may attempt to contact you at the email address you provide on checkout to confirm customizations including but not limited to dimensions, engraved text, finishes, etc. Sorting of our messages in spam, junk or quarantine by you or your email service provider is your responsibility.

We will wait up to 24 hours to receive your approval of customizations. In the absence of your approval within the a 24-hour timeframe, we will proceed with fabrication and customizations, in accordance with our returns and refund policy as outlined above. Custom items may be offered a material refund of no more than 50% of the cost of the item minus return shipping costs, or an exchange of up to 80% of the cost of the item.

Warranty

All aluminum products sold from mod-tx.com come with a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material or craftmanship, including environmental rust & corrosion. The warranty covers the cost of individual replacement parts. Replacement parts issued under warranty are not themselves covered by any additional or extended warranty. Some of the items specifically not covered by the warranty are shipping costs, loss and theft, consequential loss, inconvenience, improper installation, misuse or modification, over-torqued components, damage to the finish (including abrasion, scratches, pressure washing or exposure to chemicals).

Powered assemblies (including Powerfeed and Powerlift systems) are covered for 90 days with the standard warranty exclusions. After 90 days. Powered assembly coverage excludes rust & corrosion and mechanical wear items (motors, gearboxes, and linkages).

Proof of purchase and RMA required. Please contact us with your order number for more information.

Confirmation

Upon successful payment processing you will receive an email confirmation of your order. A tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of shipment. If your payment is unsuccessful, we will not be advised why the payment has failed, therefore please contact your credit card provider for details.

Security Policy

Online payments will be processed using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and your credit card number will be protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the internet. We will not have access to your credit card details.

Changes to these Terms & Conditions

Terms are subject to change at any time. Each transaction shall be subject to the specific Terms & Conditions that were in place at the time of the transaction.
