The ModTX European inspired mail slot houses a low-profile inward folding door that rests flush to the frame. Unique double ply 5052 aluminum construction and dual spring door create a strong weather resistant seal.
Low profile, lightweight construction appropriate for any door, wall, garage door, or glass door (3M tape pre-applied).
Accepts mail up to 9.5″ wide and 1″ thick. Sized perfectly for standard 9.5″ USPS Flat Rate Envelopes and standard legal envelopes.
Fits any rough opening of 9.8″ – 10.8″ in width, and 2.1″ – 2.5″ in height.
Installation
Mounts horizontally or vertically.
Lightweight design fits anywhere including garage doors and glass doors.
Attached 1″ bottom leaf ensures exact rough opening measurements, and smooth movement of the inward folding door.
Extra 2″ bottom leaf included. Deeper walls can be finished out with thin aluminum flashing or black aluminum tape.
